Return Policy

If you are unhappy with the Product you purchased, you may contact EnduraFlood’s customer service team at cs@enduraflood.com within 30 days from the date of the shipment of the Order (as stated in EnduraFlood’s records) in order to request a refund of Product that you are returning. Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization will be sent to you which will include approved return products, and ship-to address. You are solely responsible for returning the Product to EnduraFlood in its original state and for all related costs, including shipping and handling and insurance costs. EnduraFlood shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
 
Returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund payable to you. A refund will only be issued upon receipt of the Product being returned in its original condition. No refund will be provided for any product that was returned without a Return Merchandize Authorization. No refund will be provided for items that are sold in multiple per packaging unit, where the package its returned less than completely full. Items that are received without a Return Merchandize Authorization, items that are not sellable and items that arrive in less-than-full packaging units will be discarded by EnduraFlood and not refunded. No refund will be provided for any shipping, delivery and handling charges or for the cost of any insurance procured, if any, for shipment of the Product. Returned items must be received by EnduraFlood within 30 days after the Return Merchandize Authorization has been issued. Items received after this period will be discarded by EnduraFlood without refund.
