Return Policy

If you are unhappy with the Product you purchased, you may contact EnduraFlood’s customer service team at cs@enduraflood.com within 30 days from the date of the invoice of the Order (as stated in EnduraFlood’s records) in order to request a refund of Product that you are returning. Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization will be sent to you which will include approved return products, and ship-to address. You are solely responsible for returning the Product to EnduraFlood in its original state and for all related costs, including shipping and handling and insurance costs.
 
Returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund payable to you. A refund will only be issued upon receipt of the Product being returned in its original condition. No refund will be provided for any product that was returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization. No refund will be provided for any shipping, delivery and handling charges or for the cost of any insurance procured, if any, for shipment of the Product.
