As long as you have something that resembles a wooden stud you should be able to mount the system. We have worked in all kinds of environments, i would think you should be ok!
If you have furring strips on your concrete block wall, the supplied EnduraFlood screws could potentially be too long in some cases. It may happen depending on the specific depth of the furring strips. In these cases, we would still get the provided screws, but get shorter screws at our local home improvement store as needed.
